Korea - Heritage Blossoms in Culture and Innovation

Korea University Business School is honored and delighted to host the 2026 CEMS Annual Events, taking place in the dynamic city of Seoul, Korea, from 25–28 November 2026.

The world has witnessed how K-pop and Korean culture not only captivate global audiences but also bring people together in unity. Korean innovations—ranging from smartphones and automobiles to beauty products—have enriched lives across the globe. We warmly invite you to Korea, the home of these achievements, to experience their spirit and substance firsthand and to discover their essence throughout the diverse programs and events of this AE.

Korea has a long and distinguished tradition of valuing scholarship and education above all else. Inspired by this heritage, the logo for this year’s Annual Events draws upon the motif of the Eosahwa—the ceremonial flower awarded to those who successfully passed the state examination system in historical Korea. Although times and contexts have changed, our MIM graduates are equally deserving of this symbolic flower. As we recognize and applaud the knowledge and growth achieved through the CEMS experience, we also celebrate the promising journeys that lie ahead.

KUBS proudly carries forward this legacy. As Korea’s first business school, we have established ourselves as a pioneer and leader in business education and research. Becoming the first Asian institution to host the CEMS Annual Events continues this pioneering spirit. In addition, KUBS is deeply committed to creating better business for society and to inspiring the next generation of leaders—values that closely align with CEMS’ dedication to holistic sustainability in business.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to Seoul, Korea.
